With over a decade in the startup world, I've transitioned from launching ventures to fostering innovation at Germany’s fastest growing tech incubator, ZOLLHOF, and later at BCG X. My role was a unique blend of guiding startups and linking them to corporate innovation.
Mentoring at Techstars, Startup Wise Guys, the Berlin Startup School and other organisations, I focus on practical growth strategies, Go-to-Market and business model development. My approach in mentorship and masterclasses is personal and direct—sharing insights from my own founder's journey, learnings from 150+ startups I worked with, and a deep dive into various topics, like multi-channel strategies or smart sales tactics.
